ikebukuro5
I like to run everyday, about 10 km, I run on the beach sidewalk and the streets, kind of hard surfaces. Are there any running trails around? Would rather run in nature also!
Pungdo
Khao Mai Keao Reservation Park if you have transport, plenty of trails out there and hills to test you, we do a lot of hashes in that area Edited August 1, 2018 by Pungdo

Suradit69
There's a "fitness park" with a walking/running trail that circles Khao Pratumnak (aka Buddha Hill) near the top, but below the level of the Buddha. It has some uphill/downhill sections. Probably 4 or 5 circuits would = 10 km (i'm guessing). Can't find any decent photos, but most of the pathway is similar to this:
balo
Only safe place for running here is as mentioned in the post above , Pratumnak, near Buddha hill . Every day 100's of runners here , it's one of the few quite places with no traffic.
Henryford
A shame there aren't any parks in Pattaya, i guess they use every sq ft of land for new condos. I am sure they only left the Pratamnack park because it's too hilly to build.
