Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are reuniting to scam McDonald's… in a movie

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are finally putting the bromance back together on the big screen.

The pairing that won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for Good Will Hunting are re-teaming on the big screen for the first time in years for a hugely exciting project from the writers of Deadpool, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Screenwriters Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese are adapting a Daily Beast investigative report about a former cop who allegedly operated a criminal network to rig McDonald's annual Monopoly sweepstakes.

Affleck is slated to direct Damon in his first directorial project since gangster movie Live by Night, which infamously underperformed at the box office back in 2016.
