Thai media said that police were preparing a warrant for the arrest of the younger brother of "Go" in the murder of high society businesswoman Thitima Tangwiboonpanich.

CCTV showed Go or Assaya,33,  and his younger brother at a casino hotel in Cambodia.

Now police - headed by met chief Pol Lt Gen Charnthep Sesawech -  want to arrest him too on a charge of aiding and abetting his brother's flight from justice.

Thitima or Cherry - a multi millionaire with interests in real estate, transport and gas stations - was found kneeling and bludgeoned to death by a bed in a Lat Prao, Bangkok, area hotel earlier in the week. A bloodied baseball bat was at the scene.

Go and his brother are believed to have left the scene of the crime in the victim's E220 Mercedes Benz then driven to Chantaburi where they boarded a courtesy bus for the casino on the other side of the border.

VIP sections at casino hotels have been contacted and it is now believed that the pair have moved on, reported Daily News.

All hotels are being checked as the Thai police work with their Cambodian counterparts on the high profile case.

In other news on the case sources said that Go contacted his wife three times following the murder. He also has a child.

The younger brother is known not to have turned up at his workplace since the crime.

Lt Gen Charnthep has ordered Chok Chai police to reexamine all the evidence in the case that is captivating the Thai public.

The HISO situation here in Thailand does not get play in most countries. If you are arrested and it's a major offense (Red Bull, et.al.) you are not likely able to walk down to Singapore, Burma, etc. and hang out there until statute of limitation expired. How about JAIL and NO BAIL for big money boys (or their families).
