Hi, thank you in advance for all your Knowledge and help.

We have just recently done a visa run  I am on a retirement visa - Non O-A.

My husband is on a follow on visa which expires at the end of this month

I am just needing to know if I have filled out the correct forms to reapply.

Which is the TM 7.

Any advice appreciated

Thank heaps

He will need to complete a TM7 form to apply for the new extension.

He will need a copy your marriage certificate plus copies of your passport photo page, visa and entry stamp.

Also copies of his passport photo page, visa, current extension stamp, his most recent entry stamp and TM6 departure stamp.

Big roses to you UbonJoe that understand that post..... Actually you mean that she means that she is on aan extension of stay based on retirement based on  a Non Immigrant O-A. Her husband is not on a "follow-on-VISA" whatever that might be, but on a dependent-extension??..

If this is true, then I think I got the picture that OP tried to paint...

She has a non-oa visa that allows one year entries.

She just got a new one year entry that her husband can use to apply for a new extension for being her husband that will issued up to the date her current permit to stay ends.

Not that hard to decipher.

Yes it is actually!!! Not all of us are as good on this, as you are Joe. So a new thing learned today. One can apply for an extension of stay based on being an dependant to a person that are having NOT an extension herself, but just a O-A-VISA... I have never heard about that before, but grateful to be educated.

Thanks Joe....
