how the foriegn condo agency can be working in Thailand

Featured Replies

me and friend looking for condo around sukhumvit rd. area, met the foriegn agency from various rental website, i dont know whether if he s indian or pakistani or whatsover, the way he talk to us was so trashy rude uneducate and insulting. How these ppls be able to work as agency, are they have any work permit or can we trust them. He happend to ask some personal document tho.

Should i go talk about this with the police.

Talk to the Police ,and say what,he was rude, uneducated and insulting.

you are going to get nowhere, just a waste of your time, find another

agent.

Many of these "indian or pakistani or whatsover" in Bangkok are born in Thailand and have Thai citizenship

Tell them to shove off and stick their agency where the son doesn't shine, find another broker its that simple. I to hate personal questions. Budget, finance, what you do, etc. They are just gauging you.

It is possible to get a work permit that allows the holder to arrange a rental period or lease for a landlord or a tenant. Very few people actually have one though.
