On that I agree. In fact, as a high exertion now and then is better for keeping the heart functioning than a sedentary walk, an orgasm is one of the best ways to keep the ticker ticking. When I was only visiting Thailand on holiday, I always left lighter and fitter than when I arrived. In a related subject, I never knew what a knee trembler was till I passed 65.
