Hi all,

 

My Family is considering investing in a unit in the project called "Utopia" Naiharn. It is sold by a developer called IPA.black (_https://ipa.black/about-us/). I am just wondering if anyone had experience with this company in the past or came across this project and maybe there is something I should know about it?

 

They are promising 10% for 20 years in terms of return.
