The National Council for Peace and Order and the Election Commission must sit down together to resolve two crucial political issues – unlocking of political restrictions and primary election,  Mr Suriyasai Katasila, director of the College of Social Innovations, Rangsit University, suggested today.

modality of primary election

Huh?

Defined as a particular mode in which something exists or is experienced or expressed. Oxford Dictionary, etc.

As Thailand has never had government mandated political party primaries, modality doesn't exist. Same applies to its new MMA electoral system.

Any local police box, as acting representatives for the beloved Election Commission.

Applications for the newly opened position of Director of the College of Social Innovations, Rangsit University should be addressed personally to the Prime Minister's Department for consideration.
