The Constitutional Court has ruled that Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai can continue to perform his duty pending the court’s verdict on his qualification.

The court said there was no justification to stop the foreign minister from performing his duty as there was no cause to suspect that it would cause damage to national administration or to the public.

The court also said that there was factual issue that has yet to be settled and scheduled a hearing on September 25 for three witnesses to testify.

'According to the Constitution, failing to declare assets of a minister and his or her spouse with the NACC is tantamount to a cover-up and the minister in question will not be qualified to stay on. But the final ruling rests with the Constitutional Court.'

And while we're at it, how does Prawit save 5 million a year for 6 years on an annual stipend of less than 100,000?

Remember this formula in the LOS government.* The government buys some military equipment from the UK valued at say 100,000,000 baht. The "top guy" forms a private company listed in Taiwan to actually buy the equipment. The company in Taiwan "offers" the equipment to LOS claiming to have an over charge of 200,000,000 baht for" examining , approving and insurance of,"the units for sale.Los now must pay 300,000,000 baht for the units The money accrued in Taiwan is now laundered back to Los and is now in the pockets of the "top guy" and others .The company in Taiwan is now dissolved so no trace can be found later" It is rumored that a certain "top guy" and his family made over $10,000,000,000 in their time at the top.
