what time is the movie at the LTO CHONBURI? For going from 2 year to 5 year Thai licence?

And you refer to the Chonburi office in the Laem Chabang area?

Not the one near highway 36 (Pattaya)?

 

For the latter one it seems clear that you best stand in queue before sunrise.

 

(DLT, Department of Land Transport is their self assigned English name even if the internet is full of LTO).

a couple of weeks ago the video was set to start at 1pm

but didn't actually get started till about 1.40pm

+ as already mentioned you need to be there early, doors open at 8AM  there will already be a queue.
