If I'm correct there's no limit on Visa Exempts when arriving by air. But do immigration officers take in consideration the length of stay in Thailand while using visa exempt? I mean are they more likely to grant another visa exempt when you only have been staying a few days in Thailand previously while on visa exempt?

They take into consideration the amount of time spent in the country and the amount of time between the entries.

Their  primary concern when looking at your history is whether you are trying to live here on them.
