webfact
Mystery man plunges four floors to his death at Ngam Wong Wan department store Picture: Sanook An man without ID fell four floors to his death at a Ngam Wong Wan department store yesterday afternoon around 4pm. When Muang Nonthaburi police arrived the man - dressed in shirt and jeans and aged about 35 - 40 - had already been taken to hospital. The maids had cleared up the scene. But a pair of flip-flops (thongs) were found by the escalator on the fourth floor and were believed to belong to the victim. An initial investigation by medics said the man had injuries consistent with dying from a fall. He had head trauma, a broken arm and broken ribs. Police are examining CCTV to ascertain if anyone else was involved in his fall. A full autopsy has been ordered. The shopping center was not named but has its frontage on Ngam Wong Wan Road in northern Bangkok. Redline
Someone needs to start a new trend. Maybe build a jumping tower somewhere away from the public. Have a camera there where people can say their goodbyes... Yea, I know it’s insensitive, but the public should not have to deal with their demands re decision
hotchilli
So by the time police had arrived the deceased man had already been removed to hospital and maids had cleaned up the crime scene ??? Amazing Thailand.. seems like the shopping mall has different priorities than solving a death of a man!
Mickmouse1
If he died on impact why the paramedics took the body without police attendance or authorisation? ?

I would think 'health issues', especially 'mental health issues' would trump both your reasons ?
