My son is married to a Thai lady and is in Thailand on a 60 day tourist visa which he will extend for 30 days at Burriram immigration. Can he then get either a 1 year non o visa based on marriage or a further 60 day tourist visa at Savannakhet and what are the costs. 

He could get a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage in Savannakhet that will allow unlimited 90 day entries for a year from the date of issue.

He could also get a 60 day extension of his current entry to visit his wife instead of the 30 day extension,

Needs copies and originals of the marriage cert, her ID and tabien baan (house papers), countersigned, copies of your passport and countersigned. No bank info needed.
