Thai immigration web site has changed

Featured Replies

It is no longer user-friendly to English speakers.

Are the visa forms previously available like TM47 still current?

To me it looks the same as before

If you are talking about this web site:

https://www.immigration.go.th/download/

There is an ENG option on the top right side before "member" and if that does not work (not all pages do) you can use Google Translate on Chrome to get into English.

The site was changed about a year and half ago.

The download page is in Thai for some unknown reason.

The TM47 form has not changed. The TM7 and TM8 forms were changed early last year. Some other forms not normally used by individuals were changed.

You can find the forms in this topic.

OP, are you talking about the main site? (https://www.immigration.go.th/index) or maybe talking about website for your local immigration office, like this one

http://www.immchonburi.go.th/main/

or some sites that pretend to be immigration sites, like this one

https://www.thaiimmigration.net

The English option doesn't work.

If the ENG does not appear try clicking on line below it - sometimes slow to appear for me.  If does not change to ENG use browser to translate as I mentioned.  The download pages are only in Thai.

OP, I know what you mean not always consistent.

Try switching browser to one that translates (chrome) and view the Thai version of the page.

I retried this morning and it did work.

Yesterday Google Chrome was problematic so that may have had some effect. My computer was also problematic and very slow yesterday which may also have contributed. That seems to be fixed now.

I also tried it in MS Edge yesterday and the English did not work.

I've visited the site in the past. I was never able to get any contact through via email or messaging.

Has any body done that and gotten responses?
