Video: Find the suspicious "Indian" thief with the baby stroller!

Image: We Love Pattaya Facebook page

Footage posted to the We Love Pattaya Facebook page showed a dark skinned man select an expensive brand of hand cream at a store and put it in a bag.

He looked very suspicious and did not pay for the 1,000 baht item.

He appeared to have a baby stroller with him - but no baby.

The page said he was an Indian but gave no evidence for this.

The matter has been reported to police. The incident occurred at a ground floor store in a department store on Friday at 5.10pm.

The public were asked to "inbox" information to the site.

Somebody was operating the camera as it changes angles.  Why did the operator not call the store detective?

I would suggest that someone is filming the monitor screen with their phone camera, instead of downloading the clip, that's how it is normally done.

Neither are you apparently if you think such security cameras are operated by teams of videographers. Where, anywhere in the world, have you heard of a security camera operator intervening in a theft. You post is just mindless Thai bashing.

So the police are now looking for a fair skinned Indian?

The CCTV camera is not moving, the film is being viewed on a computer screen!  Whatever is filming the computer screen is moving!

Not just a suggestion, the monitor can be seen in the video!

So many stupid comments here , you can clearly see someone is filming the monitor with a smart phone . That's why the video is a bit shaky .

Some of you guys lives in the stone age.
