Is it possible to mail your income letter to the Australian Consulate in BKK.

 

Someone mentioned EMS serivce.

 

Would be grateful for links and the process if possible.

You will have to do it person since you will be signing a statutory declaration of your income in front of a consular officer.

No, must be applied for in person and you have to make an appointment beforehand.
