RichardThailand Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Looking for a luxury property or condo for rent in the area of Hua His. I will be going there in a month and would like to get some suggestions on where to look. Looking for a newly built large condo or house property away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas, in a safe area and with good parking. I will consider properties both in the beach areas and also further inland. Thanks
ukrules Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 I guess it all depends on your budget. Are you thinking 25-50k, 75k or 100k+ per month ? There's all sorts of places for every budget. I would suggest not renting online or through an agent if you can avoid it. Also the length of time you want to stay will massively affect the price. 2
blackhorse Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Not the best place to ask as most TV posters rent studios because they are cheapI would try air bnb first. 1

sirocco Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Hello rainy, very rainy Try the village TIPPAWAN. It is very very calm. Must love. Or TROPICAL HILL, a little closer to civilization. (see on the map) Do not go through an agency. Travel the streets, discover for yourself. Inquire with tenants. And go back in the evening to see if it's still as calm as the day.
