Rawai Pilates - Yoga Or Dance

Featured Replies

Are there any evening Pilates, Yoga or Dance classes in Rawai.

I can only find early morning. Or perhaps private classes?

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Now there's an idea... seastar's community arts centre!!! :o

Don't you just love those irritating trolls? :o

Seastar, there's nothing in Rawai for pilates or yoga unless you call a private tutor, there's one advertises in the local paper every week. The only other places I've seen are the Chalong gym on Friday mornings, though don't know if they're still going, and the gym on the bypass road on the left hand side, just before the lights and Central.

.... aw, c'mon jitagon - I'm far from an "irritating troll"! :D

Was merely prompting business-minded sprites ( or ... spirits) to consider a studio in the region. Rawai region is fast becoming a very funky area in the arts and alternative niche markets.

One other yoga class you over-looked is offered at the Food For Thought Cafe, Chalong - upstairs on the 2nd floor.

:D

I know a yoga and pilates teacher in the Rawai area who does small classes and privates. PM for her number. She is very well qualified.

Then why didn't you go on to say that instead of bothering at all to put in a one liner of the kind that usually puts anyone else off reading any further. By the way, Food For Thought's closed.
