i m like sitting between two chairs now...having problems with taxes and work permit..

i opened a company...not to be rich but well to get a proper visa and a work permit(as after i lost my job i was a tourist during 6 months) ..then i moved to the province(enough of bangkok) and get a job at the school..so i was with 2 work permits....i stopped to pay the lawyer in bangkok..the income of my business was 10 000 baths a month and i have to pay this sum for him,,,so i moved the company to nakhonsawan..but i have to pay 7500 batsh taxes a month plus my staff(in fact only one,,not 4) and my small tiny business now bring no more than 15 000 baths...it just pay the bill and the taxes,,,i got no money in my pocket...the problem is now the school said i can t have 2 work permit ..they said if i have work permit with my company i can extend the one i got with the school...seems i have to give up my small business so,,,what about my visa will it be cancelled?? i got my visa valid until 7 may..but i ll be back home all march...do i have to close my company before??and how much it cost??will my business visa will be cancelled?

If you have a multi entry visa ( obtained at a Embassy/Consulate) it won't cxl.

If you have an extension of stay, it would cxl, unless you get a new extension of stay with the school. If you have a work permit with the school, it should be straightforward for you to get an extension of stay based on business. When you hand in your first work permit. You'll have 7 days to apply for the extension of stay with the second work permit.
