How to find a missing person in Thailand

My wife is found missing almost for a month, couldn't communicate with her for a few days. How should I report this situation? Should i pay bribe at the police desk? Should i hire a translator?

You feel you might have to pay a bribe to walk into a police station and report your wife missing.

If her family has also lost contact I would be very worried. The police may ask you what took so long for you to report her missing.

Talk to her family and let them get the police involved if they are concerned. She will be back when she runs out of money and the new boyfriend gets tired of her.

I dont wish to elaborate on my need to find someone but have had to do so a long time ago. Police are usless. Get crafty and stalk. Friends and family is the first step. P ivate investigators work but costly but seriously your best bet if you don't have a lot to go on.
