This may appear to be a bit of a rant but it amazes me how so many of my liberal friends are so very vocal about the way things should be and how the conservatives have screwed the world up but when these same people run into difficulty they act as if they are owed something i.e. housing, food, relief. The people I am speaking of hail from Europe and America and all well into there 50’s plus. Two of the more vocal characters one from Belgium is now living with his parents and the Englishman sits around doing nothing just waiting for friends from abroad to arrive so that he can sponge off their kindness. Am I just meeting the wrong people or is this what liberals are like.

Seek the middle path and stay out of the gutters of conservativism and liberalism. At heart, liberals and conservatives are one, selfish and self-centered.
