Where to Change of residence /address

If someone moves to another place from Bangkok to Nonthaburi let's say.

Where the change should be done:. Chaengwattana or Nonthaburi immigration office?  Is it posdible to do tm 38 and tm 30 same time?

You could do both forms at the same time.

thanks for your reply.  is the extension of temporary stay (retirement visa renewal) can still be done in Bangkok or must be done in nonthaburi if residence is in nonthaburi?

If you live in Nonthaburi you have to apply for the extension at the immigration office there.

Bangkok immigration would not accept the application with a Nonthaburi address shown on the TM7 form.
