Australians Travelling To Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi, We are australians and will be travelling to thailand in July. We will enter Thailand from Cambodia, travel to Chiang Mai, then exit Thailand to Malaysia, travel there for 2 weeks and then enter Thailand again at Phuket, before travelling home to oz. Do we need a visa, and can we re enter like we are planning? We are a family with 2 kids, if that matters. Thanks for your help.

As long as you won’t be staying more than 30 days in Thailand each time you won’t need a visa.

You will be granted entry for 30 days at the immigration counter. On your return from Malaysia the same applies.
