SCB Passbook pages full

I have run out of pages in my SCB passbook and cannot update it now though the machine.

 

Can anyone tell me if I need to go to the branch where my account is or can I get a new book at any branch.

I can't speak for SCB, but Bangkok Bank will do a new book at any branch (or at least did last time I needed a new book, maybe 18 months back).

My wife's SCB card expired a few days ago and I know for a fact that she went and got a new one from a different branch to the one where her account was opened. So if a different branch are prepared to issue new card then I can't see a problem with a new bank book.

 

At the end of the day, you haven't got much to loose by popping into your nearest branch and asking.

Is this true for a replacement (in hand, but nearly 10 years old and starting to crack) SCB ATM card as well?

Should be - is for Bangkok Bank.  Home branch visit is required to change ID information (new passport) however.
