bbi1
Considering that UOB is a Singaporean bank, if you have a UOB Bank account in Thailand, will it make it easier for you to open a UOB account in Singapore in the future as a non-Singaporean as a tourist there? simoh1490
UOB Thailand is a separate entity to UOB Singapore, they do not recognise nor speak to each other, in fact, having an account with UOB Thailand doesn't buy you any mileage (no pun intended) with any other branch of UOB globally - I have been a customer of UOB Thailand for eight years or so, they are a very good bank with excellent security and competitive products.
