Mobile: Popup of new replies off screen/unclickable

For the mobile version of the site (mobile chrome browser): The on screen popup that new replies to a thread have arrived is partially off-screen on the mobile version.  So i cannot press view new replies at all.

Also you can see the "back to top" button also overlaps this, which doesnt help either.  No way to delete or swipe the always on top button.
