Did a bit of Googling for you. Note that some of this may be out of date as Lazada started offering 0% commission for some accounts/items.

I see Commission Rate tables for other countries, and some that say "Thailand" and then show the fee in Rm (Malaysia) so they may not be the same even though it says "Thailand"

Best thing would be to sign up as a seller and then you will probably be sent their Commission Rate table (or have access to a part of Lazada not available to the general public, where those fees will be shown).

Can't say for sure but normally they should take their cut from sales?

i has use last 2 year lazada ewery month orden somethink tools, screws,parts,elektronic, all here, cheapen lot manytime than local hardware has. i has build lazada tools now 2 house. next salary need orden new laser printer, but i use my homecountry debit card or lazada wallet, and later add my thai bank card too connect to lazada. then have easy buy ,orden all what want. i has build 3D printer at lazada parts, 2 house, woodwork shop,metal workshop,leather workshop all parts and tools.
