25 Political Parties Sign Clean Campaign Pledge

BANGKOK — Twenty-five political parties including Pheu Thai, Democrat, Future Forward and Chart Thai pledged Friday to compete fairly in the general election now slated for February.

 

They agreed to not buy votes, oppose using state resources to support their campaigns, avoid inflammatory and defamatory language and not disturb other parties’ campaigns, among a slew of pre- and post-election promises.

Bullshit....In a country where cheating is endemic there can never be a clean Election Campaign.  ''Competing Fairly'' is something they find impossible to deal with !

Did the PM say he would also run a clean campaign from this point forward? I know, I know....reality never works.

Impossible to break many years of how they do things, cant wait to see all the crap happening once again leading up to the election, will be a real winner, who is paying what to who, who is threatening opposition members to not come to their areas, who is supplying transport for the voters they are buying, it will be hilarious. Not to mention who will be terrorizing opposition campaign gatherings, coloured shirts will have a field day
