I've no idea where you can hire a coach (I guess you've already tried Mr Sheepshanks ) but as you have had no response just an idea. If were looking I'd go to Mor Chit (Northern Bus Terminal) and ask at the companies there who do the coach trips to the NE as I imagine you want an Air Con bus. I have often seen the normal service coaches being used for private parties.

Schools and temples often arrange coach trips for their students and followers so you should be able to pick up some contacts at those places as well.
