Retirement Visa income verification beginning 1 Jan 2019

Before 1 Jan 2019, USA citizens got an affidavit from our consulate stating, "I affirm that I receive a monthly income of $XXX dollars". Assuming the amounts qualified, that was acceptable by Thai Immigration. Those days are gone and now Thai immigration wants our bank manager to certify our USA income coming into our Bangkok bank account(s). This is new and very problematic. It's not just our income only but that income has to be deposited in our accounts in Thailand. Please see my attachment (Thai Immigrations to bank managers) in Thai below.
