I am looking at getting a multiple entry tourist visa when I go back to the United States in March. It asks for a letter of proof of employment. I'm on social security disability and VA disability. Do I just submit my paperwork for that since I can not work?

I would think that is what you would do. They essentially want the job requirement as proof that you will return. I just submitted a  business card and a copy of my business insurance front  page because I was self employed. All the addresses were the same, so they could link them up if they cared enough to do so. I applied to the N.Y Consulate, successfully.

Those will be accepted instead of employment proof.
