Non B For 90 Days

I understand my school has to apply fo my work permit with a least 21 days remaining of my 90 days Non B visa.Assuming they do this but it is not dealt with by the relavent Ministry before the Visa expires on 18th March.How can I extend my visa or will I have to update the Docuements and return to Vientiane for another Non B Visa.Either way I expect I wil need a letter from the Ministry and my school requesting same.

I am not confident the school will have submitted the application in sufficient time.

Will I be better just to go back to Vientiane and ask for a 60day TV. and can I expect them to give me one as I have already 3 approx X30 VOAs.

It is minimum 21 days required on the stamp, when changing the visa. You already have a non immigrant visa. In order to apply for the work permit, you can apply with just 12 days remaining.

If they missed that date, you will need to go get another non immigrant visa or change a tourist visa to a non -B inside Thailand( when you come back in from the Embassy).
