bathroom insects

What are the flying bugs that are found in my hotel bathrooms? They tend to fly in my face and they are often sitting in the sink. What do they eat? How do they get in?

humidity bugs coming from the drain/sewer, they don't bite but are a pain in the a... mostly come after rainy of foggy days
