Working full time: the SSO not getting the matched SS contributions

Private employers, government employers. Work permits and waiting to get a WP.

Other countries insure employees from day 1. What is going on here in LoS?

 

Another issue are tax collections. In 2016, 250 THB were collected for  m o s t  months. No company has done this properly, ever. They avoid tax collections for a few months without fail.

 

Is this normal, do you have the same experience?
