Appointment for visa at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane

Featured Replies

Hello everyone, as must of you must know by now walk in are not allowed anymore at the Thai embassy in Vientiane from the 1st of February 2019. Everyone will need an appointment to proceed with their visas.

The system was due to be working from the 28th of january on their website. I dont know if i am the only one but i went and checked there and the english section only translates the titles in English, all the contents remain in Thai....I imagine thats the reason why i cant proceed to the correct menu. They apparently  created a special website to facilitate the process thaivisavientiane.org but the link isnt working. Also i have been trying to call them with Skype (i dont have international contract) but none of the numbers work with skype. I sent them an email last week to know if they could help me out but of course never got an answer. I just wanted to ask if anyone here had to experience the same problem as i did and if someone finally found out the solution. Thanks for keeping me updated. All the best :)

The correct website for the appointment is here. https://thaivisavientiane.com/#

There is already a long ongoing topic about it here.

No need for another topic about it. This topic :mfr_closed1:
