Has Australia backtracked or rescinded the asylum/refuge/PR guarantee? I would assume the Interpol office in Aus that issued the "red card", is controlled/commanded by international head office for instructions, not by Aus police/immigration authorities.... Maybe someone who is familiar with the process can post... Obviously Thai authorities are not (re: Red Bull heir extradition shenanigans) familiar with the process.
