How To Clean The Toilet

Featured Replies

Sorry if this has already appeared on TV. Did a search & didn't find any previous post. Pet owners will "love" this advice....

*************************************************************************

How to Clean the Toilet ...

  • Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.

  • Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

  • In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.

  • The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.

  • Flush the toilet three and or four times. This provides a "power-wash."

  • Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.

  • Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

  • The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off.

  • Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean.

Sincerely,

The Dog

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Could of tried that this morning. The cat already had his head in the bowl drinking the water...

Very funny!! :o

funny.... This is a bit related AND true:

came back today from a trip to rayong (2 days). My neighbour feeds my cat, and i have a cat-toilet in house (so cat never goes outside). Somehow, i guess, the toilet wasn't cleaned by my neighbour... how i know:

I found my toilet, heavily soiled with catshit: what must have happened: cat found cat-toilet too full, jumped on my toilet and shit. After , she turned around and start peddling the water bcs she wants it covered up with dirt. The water makes her pawn sticky and the stuff starts sticking at her pawn.... I guess there is no need to go further....

Now I have to teach her to flush...

back to scrubbing!

You have to give her points for being smart and creative! Obviously she has observed that that is the place you use. She must have been quite perplexed though to find that, unlike when you use it, it didn't magically swallow up the s*it....

My cat did something a bit similiar once. She was staying with my adopted family in Cambodia, and they didn't have a litter box for her as she could go outside. Their yard & house flooded at the height of the rains and they were so busy dealing with it no-one stopped to consider the problem this posed to the cat...until my nephew walked into the bathroom and found her trying to balance above the toilet and use it!

Some people actually do "toilet train" their cats, although I believe they have to do the flushing part for them.

Mine would get stuck in the bath never mind the toilet :o
