I choose to go to Penang from Suratthani by train, and hand the documents in to the consulate by myself in Penang. 1) Has anyone done this procedure before? 2) How long Does it take? 3) What is the latest that I can apply in the daytime? 4) Would you recommend that I pay a service to hand in my documents instead of going myself? 5) How much is the service?
