First stop would be a Samsung service center.

I need the same for. S7 edge , the price in the USA is around $200

A friend was quoted B6,250 by a Samsung service centre earlier this week to replace the screen on a Note 8.

I've also had screens replaced on Apple phones at MBK in the past. The phones worked like original afterwards. I can't remember the cost.

Ask a taxi driver. I know there is a place in Bangkok with several phone accessory and repair shops on both sides of the road, some with indoor units on 2 floors. I just can't remember how I got there. Some were replacing phone screens on site.
