Hi there.

I was in Lao recently for a NonB visa but they sent me back to BKK to get an updated Police clearance.

Now I am trying to make a 2nd appointment on thaivisavientiane.com but it is saying my account is banned!

Should I just use a different email address, or fly somewhere else, possibly KL?

You could try registering again. Not sure why you would locked of the one you have now.

KL would want a police clearance from you home country to apply there.

Savannakhet would be a good option.
