February 28, 200719 yr Sawatdee kha. BKK, is not my cup of tea, and I prefer Isaan, such as Amnat Charoen (near Ubon) ! I am renting now, a little appartement in Amnat charoen (4000 Tbath/month), but i would like to buy (condo/house), and business there ! (and Have work permit) I know law restriction about buying land for farang and working ! I am only 43 years old. Can anybody help me, and know Amnat Charoen ? How can i stay and work in Amnat ? What sort of business is possible to create ? What should be the price of a condo / land / little house ? Do you know a good lawyer there ? Chan mai pen bah. Kob khun kha. Erika.
