But I just back from Jomtien Immigration and they are now handing out the following requirement sheet for Retirement visas. It looks like 3 months seasoning is still in effect for the 800K in bank method for renewing your retirement visa.

Yes I posted this about 10 days ago, 

It is out of date since it does not even show the new 3 months after for the 800k baht requirement or 400 baht after that.

They have been giving this info to people after they applied for their extensions which from the amendment to police order.

 

Another friend said got this one more recently. (Retirement Ext based on money in bank).There was also a dated stamp telling him to return with bank passbook, presumably in 3 months time.

 

that is a lot of things you "mush" have.

good old immigration out of date already, they havent got a dam clue, surely their bosses can read, is there no chain of command , just have a  meeting tell them the new rules and get on with it
