Non B Multiple Entry max duration question

Featured Replies

Hello,

I've currently got a 1 year Non B Multiple Entry visa that expires in April (most recent immigration stamp also around same time). If I leave and come back before my stamp date and before the visa expires, will they stamp me only until the visa end date? Or will i get 90 days again, giving me a total of nearly 15 months on the visa, instead of 12. I've been told this is the case, but getting conflicting answers now.

Please advise, as if i dont get this additional time, I'll plan a different course for my new application.

Thank you in advance.

If you do an entry on or before the day your visa expires you will get a new 90 day entry.

Just want to clarify, that the new 90 day entry will still be under Non-B (as it will then go well past the date on the visa itself)? Just dont want to make any mistake that could mess with my work permit.

Yes it will be since you used a valid visa to get it. Once you are in the country you visas expiration date means nothing.

You will get 90 days per to stay based on your non-B visa

Your WP will be valid.
