Stuart
On a Visa 'parent of a Thai child' do you need to leave the country every 90 days? Sent from my CLT-L29 using Tapatalk
ubonjoe
If you have a multiple entry non-o visa based upon being the parent of a Thai you have to leave every 90 days to get a new entry. If you have a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) issued by immigration you just need to do 90 day reports to immigration.
Justin Side
Yes. All depends on what you have.

A Single or Multiple Entry Visa issued by an embassy/consulate outside Thailand — on the basis of being a parent — allows you to stay a maximum of 90 days per entry unless you apply for an extension of stay. If you extend a 90 day stay by 1 year you can stay permanently for 1 year, but need to report your address to immigration every 90 days.
