Chakri Day substitute holiday today (April 5th) or monday (April 8th)?

My Windows calendar marks today (April 5th) as a substitute holiday for tomorrow's Chakri Day while my thai calendar marks Monday (April 8th). Will offices and banks open today (April 5th) or will they be closed?

Thanks, Charlie! That calendar also states April 8th as the substitute holiday, not April 5th.

The Substitution day always comes after the actual holiday, because you are only entitled to it if you were required to work on the actual day. If you had quit your job on the 4th, you would not be entitled to holiday pay for the 5yh.

In my local T/L small shopping mall...both MK and KFC..were packed to the rafters?
