Extend Non O 30 Days?

Featured Replies

Does anybody know if its possible to extend a 90 day entry stamp on a multiple Non O visa for 30 days at immigration in Bangkok?

Thanks

Jake

Tourist visas can be extended 30 days - not non immigrant visas. You would likely not receive more than 7 days unless a medical emergency.

is this still the case? i'm planning to leave Thailand on holiday 2 weeks after my current entry stamp expires (i'm on a multi non-O). it would be a pain to run down to Malaysia again just for 2 weeks!

thx steve

Seven days is is all you can get and since you have a multiple entry they might not give that.

You may be able to get a 60 day extention for visiting your Thai Wife.

The Rule.

(1) Proof of relationship.

(2) In the case of a spouse, their marital relationship shall be de
