Yes, the correct link is http://www.eppo.go.th/index_thaigov.html which is what I could have sworn I posted. And the pinned link now seems to bring you to the top of the page as well, although it could be described better. Obviously those posts coulnd't have been changed so I must have messed up. Valuable links all the same.
