I would have thought that Bangsare and Sattahip were two different places. Is this the bar in Bangsare better known as The Beach Bar?

To add to the confusion I have just asked my wife and she says there is a Bangsare beach in Sattahip, the mind boggles.

Bang Saray is in Sattahip police district.

Wow! Quality buildings at 100,000 baht apiece......

I think these are the huts erected for the businesses that used to be located on the beach befor the carparking bays were built. Wooden shacks, that's all.
