Photo: NNT PHUKET: The Ministry of Public Health is calling on parents and schools to be on the lookout for hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) – a mild, contagious viral infection common in young children – with Phuket as of Friday (May 24) having the third-highest infection rate in the country.
