My wife got a real easy Mexican visa a couple years ago but we were already in the U.S. on vacation, got it at their Consulate in Portland, OR. Here's their embassy's stuff: United Mexican States Embassy/High Comission/Consulate For Thailand Office : Embassy Street Address : 20th Fl., Thai Wah Tower I, 21/60-62 South Sathorn Road Postal Address : ZIP Code : 10120 City : Bangkok State : Bangkok Country : Thailand Phone : 0-2285-0995 Fax : 0-2285-0667 Email : [email protected] Website : www.sre.gob.mx/tailandia Visa information: http://www.sre.gob.mx/tailandia/serv_foreing.htm xxxxxxxxxxx You can download the application from their www site.
